Feature enhancement for MS Access database fund management system, used in association with Outlook. Significant reverse engineering and debugging was required to improve the performance this non-standard software.

System for engineering design in 3D computer graphics

Upgrading an application for engineering design in the oil and gas industry. The key was to improve the visualized elements of mechanical assembly for an oil drilling platform.   The work was carried out using an engineering graphics library with a .NET Framework.

Algorithmic development (2006)

Program to identify segmental duplications in human genome

Linux program assembled human genome duplications based on the previous search performed by BLAT. More information is available.

Allows effective data search on large sets

Specialized datamining language oriented towards efficient search on genetic data. Language syntax and translator (compiler) has been implemented. The idea and implementation has been patented:
